William M. Discenza, 69, of Liverpool, NY passed away on Saturday at Crouse Hospital. He was born in Syracuse, NY son of the late Joseph and Arline (Clark) Discenza. Bill attended Henninger High School, Class of 1971. After graduating, he enlisted in the US Air Force through the Air National Guard. After serving his country, William enjoyed a life-long career stationed at the 174 ^th unit at Hancock Field Air National Guard Base in Syracuse, NY. He was employed there as an Engineer/ Maintenance Supervisor. Concurrently, William completed his education earning his Bachelor's degree from Columbia College. In addition to his parents, Bill is predeceased by his sister, Judith Gleason and sister-in-law, Catherine Discenza.

Surviving to cherish his memory are his brother, Stephen M. Discenza of Albrightsville, PA, his niece, Jacqueline Rosa, his nephews, Edward Discenza and George Gleason, six great nephews, close friends Paul and Carl, and his beloved cat, Ashley.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, April 20, 2023 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home, Inc. 300 Second Street Liverpool, NY 13088 with Funeral Services to follow at 7:00 pm.
